Ageing and lack of generational replacement.
On discovering that very few people really care about solving these problems, we decided to create the company to help such an important sector for our country as agriculture, livestock farming and the companies that work in this sector (transporters, meat, dairy and cereal processors). We want to solve the problem of the countryside, adapt to European requirements and the new approach to agriculture in Europe, with the new Strategic Plan for the CAP post 2020. We know the key points to solve it, we have the means and the knowledge to do so.
Why it is so
GESTION DE CAMPOS, is a company dedicated to providing consultancy, advice and training services to farmers, livestock farmers and all companies directly or indirectly related to this sector, helping them to implement new technologies and teach them to be more profitable in their businesses.
We detect some basic problems in our agriculture/livestock farming, which are:
- Poor management, mainly economic, of the small farmer/livestock farmer.
- Lack of specific training, apart from agricultural training.
- Little interest in new technologies, due to lack of knowledge or interest.
- Lack of interest of the new generations in the countryside.
- Abandonment of the countryside and the rural world.
- Loss of important capital in subsidies and economic loss with negative consequences for the GDP.
For all of this we have qualified personnel, both in-house and external, who provide CONSULTANCY, ADVICE AND TRAINING.
A fundamental part is the implementation of new technologies for the control of crops, irrigation, livestock facilities and other daily tasks, training to have more efficient workers at all levels and maximizing the resources of the companies related to this sector, helping to optimize resources, to be more profitable and seek other ways to sell their products, both nationally and internationally.
